1. Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts may not be eligible.

  • Certain items may be marked as non-returnable or final sale.

2. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer support team and provide:

  • Your Order Number

  • The Reason for Return

Once approved, we will share instructions on how to send the items back.

3. Refunds & Processing Time

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will cover the shipping cost.

  • For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are typically not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Used or opened items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Hygiene-related or intimate products (if applicable)

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it must follow the standard return process.
